Auto follow up or Autoresponder - ang bestfriend ng mga internet marketers! 

Kung wala ka pang idea kung ano ang autoresponder, dito sa post na ito ipapakita ko sa'yo kung paano mo magagamit sa network marketing at internet business mo ang isang tool na ang tawag ay autoresponder. 



Bassicaly, ang pinaka purpose ng autoresponders ay para makapag leverage ka in your follow ups. SIguro nasubukan mo nang mag follow up sa internet ng mga prospects kung saan nag papadala ka sa kanila ng mga email messages o kaya naman ay PM sa facebook. 


Pero paano kung may 10 hanggang 20 prospects ka napoproduce kada araw? In 1 month time may 300 upto 500 ka nang prospects. Sa tingin mo ba ay kakayanin mo pa silang isa-isang ma-follow up at mapadalan ng tag iisang message? 

With autoresponders pwede kang gumawa ng hanggang kahit ilang  follow up messages at pwede mo syang ipadala sa iyong mga prospects, customers even partners in a sequential manner and in autopilot. Kahit na daan daang prospects or libo libo pang prospects. Ang tawag dito ay Leveraging Technology kaibigan.

Marami sa inyo ang nagtatanong kung paano ba mag set up at kung paano ba gamitin ang autoresponder from listwire. In this post I decided to make a short video tutorial kung paano mo maiseset up ang iyong listwire autoresponder at kung paano mo sya gagamitin sa 'yong business.

Do you know that there are over 25 Million Filipino Facebook users? 
So it's ridiculous to not use it with your Network Marketing business online. Unfortunately, even there are a lot of Networkers trying to use Facebook on their business, they’re using it in a Wrong way. To use Facebook with your MLM business is to create your facebook profile with Attraction Marketing Principles. You need to make your profile very inviting and will represent you in a way that attracts others to connect with you. Here are my 7 Facebook Marketing Tips For Pinoy Networkers...

1.     Put a Decent Profile Picture – Put a decent picture or better yet 
Professional looking one in your profile. Imagine someone chatting with you or sent you a message inviting you to his Network Marketing Business with a tag word of “Payaman tayo dito” with a profile picture of him without a T-Shirt on or even worst Picture of him drunk. Are you be willing to do business with him. Will you take this Guy seriously? Probably No!  First impression is important in building an online presence. Don’t use pictures of animals, avatar, cartoon character as your profile picture.. This Social media is called Facebook because you are supposed to put the Picture of your FACE as your profile picture. Avoid using your company logos as well because you are more likely to scare your prospects away than to attract them because they’ll have an impression that you are a salesman.

2.     Fill up your BIO - Filling up your bio will let people know what you are interested with and what business you are in. it is also a good idea to put your hobbies and other interests like favorite books, Sports, etc., so people can start to know you more and so that they can relate to you quickly especially if you and your prospect share some common interests.

3.     Joini Groups in your Niche. - Facebook groups are the best place to find targeted people in Facebook. By joining groups, you are exposing yourself to a list of likeminded group of people and connecting and exchanging ideas with them can increase your knowledge. An exsample of this is my Group
 Multi Level Marketing Group of The Philippines.

4.     Add Friends in Your Niche – Send Friend Invitations to the people in your Niche. It is a Good idea to add personal message with your invitation. just include a simple Hi, Hello message don't put any links of your products or opportunity. People will more likely to Accept your Friend request if you are being Friendly and not there to sell them something.

5.     Promote Yourself - By giving away your friends free stuff that they can use in their business like free eBooks, free Videos, Links to Good Articles about Network Marketing, etc.. Promoting or Selling your self first will establish your relationship with your prospects. They will like you and you can start to win their trust.

6.     Position Yourself as an Expert - by adding value to other peoples lives. Give tips, advice and share all the knowledge you've learned thru reading books and your experiences, by helping other people with their problems you will start establishing yourself as an expert. By becoming an expert you are starting to demonstrate you're leadership and People are always seeking for a Leader that they can Follow and learn from.

7.     Do NOT spam and post ads on someone’s wall – Think of this, do you get annoyed every time someone will block your way while walking in a mall and then try to sell you a life insurance? My goodness, I get annoyed by this every time I go to malls, This can be compared to someone trying to sell you something by posting an ad to your wall or tagging a picture of their products and opportunity to everyone. It’s like someone try to sell a bottle of glutathione to everyone he/she will meet. Facebook is a Social Media and NOT a Selling media. So do NOT sell just Socialized. Tagging anyone with a picture of your ad or your opportunity is also a big NO,NO..

One last word,Facebook is just a tool for us 
Networkers to expand our warm market, 
Don't promote your products and opportunity.
Doing that, You will more likely to scare your 
Prospects away than to attract them.

Paano Kapag Ayaw ng Tao Sa Networking Opportunity Mo?

I learned this from my mentor Eduard Reformina.

Someone ask him what if Kung No ang sabihin nila sa inoofer natin. His favourite answer was this.

Prospect: Ayaw ko, di ako interesado...




You: Ok Mam/Sir No problem po.

What if Kung ganito na lang po. I'll just hire you para magtrabaho para sakin. Bigyan ko po kayo ng kontrata na magtrabaho sakin sa loob ng apat na taon. Pero wala kang sahod sa loob ng apat na taon na yun. Hindi nyo po kaylangan mag resign sa trabaho nyo ngayon dahil Ang gagawin nyo lang po ay kumausap lang ng 2 tao kada araw at ipapaliwanag nyo lang po ang business opportunity namin sa kanila. you will also handle their objection and lastly. You'll assist them if they decided to do the business. Hindi nyo po sila kaylangang pilitin at kulitin. Alamin nyo lang kung interesado sila o hindi.

Kapag pumalya po kayo kumausap ng 2 tao sa isang araw ay sisisantehen ko po kayo. Walang tanung tanung.

Pero kung nagawa nyo po itong pinagagawa ko sa inyo after 4 years. Babayaran ko po kayo ng P500,000 EVERY MONTH FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Kada Buwan po meron kayong P500,000 hanggat kayo ay nabubuhay!

Duplication Is The Name Of The Game

Most networkers, even successful ones in
MLM, dont have a system. it's because they build
a network based upon their Sales talents, or
because they give great meetings, or simply
through the sheer strength of their personality
.

You need to realize na talent In Sales Is really NOT Duplicate-able

Magaling ka mang magpresent Or Magclose Ay

Hindi Ka Kaagad Magagaya Or Maduduplicate ng Downline mo.

Alam naman natin na Duplication Is The name of the game.

Kahit Isang katerba Pa Ang Downline mo 

Pag Hindi Ka Nila Kayng Maduplicate ay Wala rin. 

You Need a System to make the Duplication very fast.

 
Here's a Great example of How A System can benefit Your Business and your Team.

Merong tatlong magkaibigan... they saw 

a "Job Hiring" saying...

                                   WANTED:  Jollibee Service Crew

                         NO Educational Requirement needed

                                                      Pls. come for an interview...

(Halimbawa lang to. For illustration purposes Only) 

To make the long story short, natanggap sa
Jollibee ang tatlo.

I forgot to tell you that:

          Grade 2 lang ang natapos ni Pedro.
          3rd year high school naman si Juan.
          College graduate si Jose.

Sabi ng manager at supervisor nila: 

One week lang ang training para maging ganap na
silang Jollibee crew...


Etong tanong? 

After 1 week, sino kaya sa tatlo ang magiging pinakamagaling sa training? 

(SANA MAHULAAN MO...)

The RIGHT answer: 

WALA. pantay lang lahat sila ng skills...

Eto ang natutunan nila sa training after 1 week.
ang kailangan lang pala nilang gawin eh FOLLOW
or Obey "the System".

uulitin ko, wala na silang ibang gagawin kundi
ang sumunod lang sa "system" ng Jollibee.

yung "system" na tinutukoy ko eh nasa Jollibee
Franchiser's Manual book.

Anong example ng "system" na dapat lang nilang sundin?

1. Kapag may pumasok sa Jollibee store:

- Ngingiti sila sa customer and will simply
say "Welcome to Jollibee!"

2. Kapag na-assign sila as "cashier" eh eto ang
procedure na sasabihin:

- " Your order is one spaghetti.... and i received P500 pesos"
- " Your change is P132. enjoy your meal!"

3. Kapag magluluto daw ng french fries eh eto
ang sabi ng "system":

- Get the french fries in the brown bag
- Ibuhos ang fries sa mantika
- Press the "button" at kapag tumunog na eh
iahon ang french fries sa pagkakaluto...
- Ilagay sa small or big french fries container
- Then serve it to customer....

You get the picture? kailangan lang pala ng "System"...

Eto ang  problema ng karamihan ng Networkers. 

They don't have a System to follow. 

Pagnaubos na ang Prospect list nila ay wala na silang alam na 

gawin kundi Mag Hakot lang ng Mag Hakot ng kung sino sino.

Motivate ng Motivate then Hakot ulit.

Don't get this wrong, I love motivational trainings but

even the most motivated person can fail in this business 

without proper Game plan or System that he can follow and teach to his downlines.
